Each work of art in Apollo to Apollo is made to order, so unless otherwise agreed please allow up to 3 weeks of time of delivery. The works of art are carefully packed and usually shipped with PostDanmark, GLS, UPS or Danske Fragtmænd. Hboart Aps cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries, but will always strive for timely delivery. Delivery is at the Hboart Aps’ expense. The shipment is traceable and insured. Please ensure that the right person can sign for the receipt of your purchase.

When delivering to countries outside the EU, the National Customs Service can charge customs and VAT on the shipment. We refer to the customs authorities of the countries concerned. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay duties and taxes. Hboart Aps cannot be held responsible for the payment of duties and taxes.

Each work of art in Apollo to Apollo is made to order, therefore we cannot offer a refund on a work of art unless it is found to be faulty. In certain circumstances we may be able to offer an exchange for another work of art in Apollo to Apollo.

Before shipment every work of art in Apollo to Apollo is carefully examined by the artist.
If the delivery is defective or does not match what was ordered, we will pay the return postage. It requires you to contact Hboart Aps info@apollotoapollo.com immediately explaining the problem.

If a friendly settlement between Hboart Aps and the customer is failing , a ny dispute between Hboart Aps and a customer regarding the interpretation and performance of the terms and conditions of sale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court of Copenhagen

“The hunt for the divine and eternal beauty” is an Art Coffee Table Book. After the bookbinder’s quality control, each book has been sealed in a foil. In order to ensure the optimum quality and experience, each book has to be delivered sealed in the original foil. Please notice that the book can only be opened by damaging the foil. A book with a damaged foil cannot be resold by Hboart Aps, so a book that has been opened cannot be returned. Refund of the book can only take place if the book is received in the original foil in an undamaged condition by Dafolo A/S. If you wish to cancel and return the book you must inform Hboart Aps within 14 days via email info@apollotoapollo.com. Within another 14 days the book plus a copy of the invoice has to be send to: Dafolo A/S Suderbovej 24 DK – 9900 Frederikshavn Denmark You have to pay the return postage yourself, and you are responsible for the book during the shipment. Once Dafolo A/S has confirmed receipt of the book in undamaged condition and in the original foil in undamaged condition, we will reimburse the full purchase price as well as the original shipping cost.
