The creation of a work of art demands minimum a talented artist. The creation, more than 2300 years ago, of the miniature art / sculptures in miniature depicted in Apollo to Apollo, demanded the collaboration between minimum four talented artists and hand craftsmen:

It is very unlikely that a single person possessed all the skills needed more than 2300 years ago. In addition, we have to remind ourselves that everything had to be done 100% by hand.
